Meet the Team

Charlotte Evans LHCEA MNFPTA - Co-founder

Charlotte is a Nutritional Therapist, Women's Health Coach, Fertility Massage Therapist and Fertility Awareness Teacher, with almost 20 years of clinical practice behind her. Specialising in women's health and fertility, she has helped hundreds of women regain hormonal balance and couples become parents.

She especially loves working with women with Endometriosis, Fibroids, PCOS and PMT, as well as couples with 'unexplained infertility', 'secondary infertility' and IVF support.

Menstruality and the work of connecting women to their bodies and menstrual cycles in a positive and empowering way is also a fundamental part of her practice, and outside of the clinical setting she runs Womens Circles and a Red Tent sisterhood.

Charlotte is currently the only fully qualified Fertility Awareness teacher in East Anglia and trained with Gail Tully, the creator of Spinning Babies during her time spent as a Doula and childbirth educator. She also undertook a 7 month apprentiship based in New York in order to deepen her already extensive knowledge of womens health and hormonal balance.

Kate McDougall MBAcC Lic. Ac Lic TuiNa - Co-founder

Kate has been registered with The British Acupuncture council since 2009. Her main focus in work is women's health and fertility, with a special interest in PCOS related infertility and IVF support. She uses acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, abdominal tui-na and Chinese dietary support in her work.

Andrew Chevallier BA FNIMH MCPP

Andrew is a fellow and past-president of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists, He was a Senior Lecturer in Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University, London, (1994 - 2003) and is the author of several books on herbal medicine. As well as Fertility, Andrew also is an expert in herbs for menopausal related complaints.

Georgina Pitcher MChiro BSc (Hons) MMCA MTI ITEC HFR

Georgina has been working in complementary medicine since 2001 when she started using remedial massage. She now uses McTimoney Chiropractic and Deep Tissue Massage safely in all stages of pregnancy; finding this to be exceptionally helpful in the treatment of pregnancy and post-natal complaints. George combines her practice alongside being a mummy to three pre-schoolers, so brings considerable personal experience of pregnancy and birth, and all its complications.

Sarah Groves

Sarah has been working as a Reflexologist since 2009 and since has furthered her training to support her clients during pregnancy and the post-natal period. After training in ‘reproflexology’ with Barbara Scott in 2016, she now helps support our fertility clients with natural conception and through IVF. Reflexology, alongside acupuncture, is a popular combination that works well for our clients.

Sarah also teaches Baby Reflexology to parents both one to one and in group sessions, where you learn techniques to calm and nourish baby. She is also training to be a postpartum doula to support newborn mothers in the all-important 40 days / 6 weeks following the arrival of baby. Through offering practical and emotional support so that the new mother can rest, heal and recover, Sarah continues to help her clients on their journey to becoming a mother.

Kerry Dolan

Kerry is an experienced hypnotherapist, NLP master practitioner and coach specialising in women's health and supporting them through various stages and transitions in their lives, particularly fertility, pregnancy, birth and menopause.

Having trained in The Fertile Body Method with Sjane Wurlitzer (former clinical hypnotherapist at The Zita West Fertility clinic) she has supported many couples to parenthood.

Pam Kapur

Pam is an Advanced Practitioner Sonographer and registered with the Health & Care Professional Council (HCPC) and Society of Radiographers. Pam started offering Private ultrasound scans for pregnancy, gynaecology, fertility & 4D at PAMS Pregnancy ultrasound Centre in 2010. She strives to provide care and reassurance to women and families in the early part of their pregnancies and throughout the journey to childbirth. With 17 years of experience in NHS and private sector she has helped many mothers who suffered from recurrent miscarriages achieve pregnancy. She also provides a high standard of emotional support and reassurance to mothers worried about their unborn child, helping her develop an understanding and personable manner.

Emily Brightwood

Emily has been working in alternative health since 2002. She loves supporting women through pregnancy and the transition into motherhood. She uses acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, guided relaxation and Chinese dietary advice. She also offers acupuncture inductions and teaches women and their partners acupressure techniques for labour. She has twins girls herself so brings plenty of personal experience to her work with women.

Clair Jones

Clair works as the Operational Lead and Clinical Physiotherapy Specialist for the Pelvic and Maternal Health Physiotherapy Team (formerly the Women’s Health Physiotherapy Team) at NNUH. She set up the perineal clinic with Consultant Gynaecologists in response to the needs of post-natal mothers. She treats women and men with pelvic floor problems at any stage of adulthood, as well as women with musculoskeletal conditions during and after pregnancy.

Molly Maitland

Molly is a medical herbalist with extensive experience of working with herbs native to the British Isles and across Europe. Over the last ten years she has found herbal medicine to be extremely effective in treating a wide range of health problems, especially those related to hormones, digestion and skin. Molly is an accredited member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH).
