This website is hosted by A.Coombes web development through the Go Daddy server and does not store information about who visits this website.

When you email us through the 'contact us' button or via [email protected] this will be received by a googlemail email account. We also use protonmail email accounts which are encrypted our end for sensitive information. You can request us to use these in communication with you at any point.

We collect your name, phone and email address when you contact us via phone and speak to a member of our reception team. This is then passed on via email to the relevant practitioner., If you have shared any personal information with our receptionist this will also be passed on with your verbal consent. Our reception does not store this information about you once it has been passed on.

Emails we receive regarding initial enquiries are stored in our email account unless we are requested to delete. We store this information for 5 years. We do not share this information with third parties or use for marketing purposes.
If you are seeing more than one practitioner within The Norwich Natural Fertility Partnership (NNFP) they will wish to communicate with each other regarding your case. They must ask your consent before doing so and you may be asked to sign to this effect on your consent form. You can change your consent to practitioners communicating about your case at any point. We communicate with each other in the following way;.

Face to face and via phone

Via email – clients are referred to using their initials only

Via mobile messaging apps – in circumstances requiring a quick response, clients are referred to using their initials only and no contact / identifying details shared.

Practitioners access correspondence using password protected devices.
The Norwich Natural Fertility Partnership (NNFP) is a collective of independent practitioners all of whom have their own privacy policy regarding the data they collect from you. Each practitioner will keep a separate file on their client which is not stored on clinic premises. Please contact them directly to find out how they collect and store this data.
