Our physiotherapist Hanna is taking over our yoga classes with some changes to the schedule.
Yoga for women's health is on Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm. Classes focus on breathing and strong hip and pelvic openers, as well as all the general yoga poses. The class is suitable for all ages and those with previous or no Yoga experience as each pose has a beginners or advanced version. This class is more dynamic than our previous women's health class, so please wear loose clothing or gym wear.
Pregnancy Yogalates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates on Tuesdays at 5.30 - 6.30 pm, suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Yoga helps us be calm and connect with Baby. Pilates helps keep our core strong and stable throughout the growing weight and pressure from our bump. Due to Hanna's experience as a physiotherapist you can also attend this class if you have specific physical problems that might prevent you from attending other yoga classes.
